During the next few weeks we will be running a series of articles regarding Rep. Crimm's outstanding record while serving all the people of the 33rd (formerly 47th) District. We invite you to check back for future editions!
Rep. Crimm: Earning your vote

LOUISVILLE (Oct. 21, 2010) -- As I’m sure you will all agree, it has been a long political season, and it’s always good to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Walking door to door and meeting so many of you personally is always something I have enjoyed.  In fact, I try to walk different precincts in the district even in non-election years, as the district is too big to cover in one campaign season. Rep. Crimm: working for Kentucky's Ag/Equine Industries,
Small Businesses

LOUISVILLE (September 1, 2010) -- In his 14 years as a state representative, Ron Crimm’s support for small businesses, including the agriculture and equine industries, number in the high hundreds when counting votes and sponsored or co-sponsored bills. He has supported and voted for tax relief for the thoroughbred industry involving horse sales, removing the tax from feed (similar to the livestock rules) and the establishment of the successful “Kentucky Proud” campaign. Rep. Crimm's Record of Service Speaks for Itself:
Support for education, ag/equine, more jobs just scratches the surface

LOUISVILLE (July 22, 2010) -- Since representing the people of the 33rd District (formerly the 47th), State Representative Ron Crimm has fought hard to keep taxes low, oppose government expansion, improve our education and health care systems, and support the ag and equine industries – two of the most important components in our economy.

Over the years, Representative Crimm’s legislative agenda has additionally led him to sponsor and pass bills ranging from mental health issues to license reform of the electrical industry, to sponsoring the resolution that placed crash barriers on our interstate system (statewide). A major win for Kentucky, he worked to pass legislation that will attract more insurance companies to our state – increasing competition and offering Kentuckians more choices for less of our hard-earned dollars.

More recently, Rep. Crimm has co-sponsored bills such as Amanda’s Law and the formation of the Kentucky Equine Health and Welfare Board (HB 398). He has also cosponsored laws that support our military heroes (HBs 19, 75, 237 among others), help college students complete their education (HB160), and fight against child abuse (HB 285).
